Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). Ein sehr gemütliches und schönes Appartement im Dortmunder Süden. Sehr nahe dem Signal Iduna Park, den Westfalenhallen und dem Westfalenpark. In dem Appartment befinden sich vier Betten, eine kleine Küche, Esstisch und Stühle natürlich auch und einen Fernseher mit Netflix Account. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt auch bei heißen Außentemperaturen für wohliges Befinden. Das angrenzende Bad ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschtisch und einem WC ausgestattet. Sicherlich sehr schön ist der geräumige Süd Balkon.

Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace... only the birds "disturb" here. The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!
