Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Winter special price: Our house was completely renovated this year. However, since the gardeners will not be able to complete the greening of the outdoor facilities until the beginning of 2026, we have more favorable conditions for a short time. The covered barbecue and two sauna loungers are still available outside. Relaxing: the private glass sauna to unwind after an eventful day. Fully equipped: our newly renovated 60 sqm apartment with fitted kitchen, home office and terrace access.

Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, dining, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via ladders and require surefootedness. Mattress sizes: 2x90/200 and 2x90/195 New type of house with a high level of energy independence. Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. (Buslinie 501) Das Bad und die Küche sind voll ausgestattet. Die Rolläden und das Licht sind bequem über ein Panel bedienbar. Bei Absprache kann diese Unterkunft auch für einen längeren Zeitraum gebucht werden.
