Child-friendly townhouse on the outskirts of HHer

Hi! We are 4: Florian, Romy, Leni (8) and Henri (3) We live on the outskirts of HH in a lovingly and modern renovated terraced house from the 70s. The S-Bahn towards Hamburg City can be easily reached in a five-minute walk. Our garden is our oasis of play and well-being. We love the rather quiet location with shopping, playgrounds, Lake Krupunder and public transport within walking distance. The Baltic and North Sea are only about 60-80 minutes away by car.

The townhouse is located in the quiet and green municipality of Bönningstedt and borders Hamburg. A guest room measures 10 sqm (1st floor). Bed (1.40 x 2.00 metres) + single bed (0.80 x 1.90 metres). The second guest room is located in the attic and is just under 30 square metres. There is a queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) + single bed (0.90 x 2.00 meters). Access via a foldable staircase. In the basement, there is a table tennis table and dumbbells

The large, modern and very bright terraced house in Hamburg's "front garden" is reminiscent of a Scandinavian beach house and invites you to linger. Both coasts (Baltic and North Sea) with their beautiful beaches are 1 hour drive away. The nature reserve with a large playground, a super large new skate park and the Holstentherme are within walking distance. The A7 can be reached in 5 minutes. The airport north of Hamburg can be reached in 25 minutes.

The modern equipped house half is about 80 m2 in size and has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (1.80 and 1.40 m) and the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. The rooms are all out backwards looking into the woods. We are located in the middle of the Hainisch Illand nature reserve and the house is located directly on the main road that leads directly to Hamburg city center. 2 parking spaces are right outside the front door.

Vacation home Ahrensmoor

We rent our second semi-detached house privately as a holiday home fresh since November 2019. The holiday home is located in the beautiful Ahrensmoor in the velvet municipality of Harsefeld, just outside Hamburg and the Old Country. The plot is surrounded by a pasture fence that starts at the partitions on the terrace and runs around the entire garden. This allows your dog to move freely. The fence can also be switched on or off if desired.

The light-flooded end row house with its larch wood facade is reminiscent of Scandinavian architecture. Nestled in spacious green spaces, this small oasis is just a few minutes' drive outside Hamburg's vibrant centre. The facilities are of high quality and with great attention to detail, the feel-good atmosphere offers perfect conditions for a successful and varied stay in Hamburg.

This accommodation is suitable for one or two people, for friends as well as families to enjoy their stay in Hamburg. From here you can quickly reach the city and the airport, or you can take just a few steps to be in the middle of Hamburg’s most beautiful countryside. A free parking space is available. Unfortunately, this accommodation is not barrier-free.

Charming cottage to feel good

My little cottage is flooded with light, lovingly furnished and invites you to feel good. Supermarkets are within walking distance about 10min and there is also a shopping center. The bus is 200 meters away and takes you directly to the train station (900m). The train goes directly into the city and to the main station ( approx. 20 min drive).
