The lake with good swimming opportunities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.
