Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

In the middle of the Wendland, this place invites you to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located in a historic farmhouse from 1847 and was completely renovated in 2022 and meets the highest standards. At ground level, on 31 square meters, this apartment is perfect for couples or singles who want to explore the Wendland and its special features. Surrounded by the historic Rundling, the farmhouse is surrounded by listed buildings and lots of nature.

It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Whether you come to the heath for a short weekend or a whole week: We hope that you will feel at home with us. The Burgundy apartment is one of four apartments in our beautiful Villa Muenchbach. It impresses with its floor space of approx. 52 m² and thus offers plenty of space for two people. The large panoramic window and an elevated Chesterfield sofa with an extravagant view of the meadows and fields give the apartment a special touch.

The 2-room apartment is freshly renovated. 2022 is one bedroom with box spring double bed added. The living room is additionally equipped with a sofa couch. There is a small garden right outside the front door. Apartment is located together with another apartment on a farm. A caretaker is on site. Bicycles can be rented cheaply in many different versions at Fahrrad Göldner in Neuhaus.
