In the middle of the nature of the eastern Elbe Valley you will find peace and relaxation. Activities such as hiking, fishing or Elbe rafting can, in addition to many attractions in your area, beautify your holiday. On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the next village there is a large quaint brewery.

My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Forget everyday life in this quiet space in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve. The half-timbered house is located on our 6,500 sqm property on the outskirts of Sumte. It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic village of 26 inhabitants surrounded by (almost) unspoiled nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area without superlatives. Everything is very normal without major attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.
