The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

At 60 m², the Constantia apartment is not only the largest in the villa, but also our favorite apartment. The moss-green color of the walls immerses the apartment in an atmosphere of forest light and the rooms structured by open half-timbering give a feeling of vastness. In the bedroom, there is an open brick wall with a large box-spring bed. The highlight of this apartment is the open bathroom with its ground-level rain shower, from where you have a view of the garden.

Our apartment is located in a cul-de-sac within walking distance of the city center of Lüchow, but still very quiet between Jeetzel and the city park. It is located in the separate annex with its own entrance. Indoor pool, city park, Jeetzel and the city center are in walking distance. Pets can be brought on request. Our holiday home is located about 2 km west of Lüneburg city center in a quiet residential area. There is a parking space right in front of the house, as well as an 11-KW hotbox with type 2 plug.
