Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Anchorage

this is such a beautiful home that we were lucky enough to stay in for the weekend! Very nice hosts, quick responses. Very clean and very cozy. Definitely will keep this place in mind for next time!

Nice and clean space. Easy to check in.

We had a great stay at C's home. It was perfectly sized for our family of 5 and within an easy and drivable distance to things to do. Our messages were promptly answered and C did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The guest Netflix account was a nice added touch we don't normally see in Airbnb's. It had snowed several inches overnight on our second night and we were impressed to see the driveway and sidewalk had been shoveled while we were out the next day. We will definitely return to this house for our future adventures in Anchorage.

This was our third stay at Joey’s “Cozy Ranch House.” It happens to be the perfect size and location for our particular group. We love the hot tub; and the living area is very comfortable. And Joey is very helpful.

The house was exactly what we hoped for - clean, spacious, comfortable, well-located for access to downtown. I loved Fire Island Bakeshop and Snow City Cafe - great spots for morning coffee/breakfast and just a 5-minute walk.

John place was just as described, we felt right at home. John is a nice host and responded right away. Location was great in the middle of town close to a lot of places that we went to. I would definitely stay again.

We were pleased with our first stay and booked for an additional stay a week later!

Shawn’s place is a great spot to stay with your family. It’s centrally located in the lower hillside with great access to skiing as well as restaurants and shops. The two living spaces on each floor make it great for a large group. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook in if you choose to. It’s located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac so you have no traffic noise and great overall privacy.

Perfect place for our stay in Anchorage, we will be back. Marty is a great host and always makes us feel welcome!

The place was great for my husband and I. Comfortable, clean, quiet. The host was very responsive to messages. Definitely recommended.

My 2 daughters and I had a great time. The place is wonderful, great shower great kitchen. Tv in living room and primary bedroom. Yama was a super host and answered all our questions. The neighborhood is authentic and not flashy like down town. Would definitely rebook. Minutes from airport and easy to get out of town. There are tons of trails near by, bring hiking shoes and running shoes and binoculars!!! I could stare at the mountains forever.

Everything you need in a studio. I didn’t need anything else. Tim was a great host. Will stay again when life’s adventures bring me back to Anchorage.

We really enjoyed staying at Jacob’s place. It was a wonderful surprise that the place is so quiet and peaceful but also is close to everything. Jacob was very friendly and always quickly responded. We will definitely return in the future!

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

This was a perfect place to spend close to a week, very comfortable. Appreciated the spaciousness and the full kitchen. Centralized location made it easy to get to where we needed to go, with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great central spot to call home while you explore the surrounding area. Super clean, extremely comfy bed, all the comforts of home. Jonathan even had a small basket of snacks and coffee, which was a life saver since I landed late and didnt get to the store. Super detailed instructions and easy to get find. Kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, coffee and basic cooking needs like salt/pepper & olive oil. I even got to meet Jonathan, who was super friendly and nice. I didnt use the patio area but it was very inviting and lite up nice with yard lights at night. I would recommend this place if you need a homebase in Anchorage!

This is a wonderful location with great hosts and wonderful views. The hosts, Dan and Kim, were very responsive to our questions. The directions sent with other information were very helpful. Lots of great places to eat. The tram to the roundhouse was awesome and local gold mine where we panned for some gold. The house is beautiful and as described. Loved our stay. Will definitely book again if I get back to Alaska in the future.

The house is same as picture. The room is clean. We stay 6 night and really enjoy, feel like home. Kirstyn very communicative, clear instruction how to check in. Also help to give advice what we need. Recommend to stay in Kirstyn’s house Thank you

Wonderful gem tucked right into the beautiful ski town of Girdwood! Even though we weren't skiing in September, the walkability to town, food and the brewery, was fabulous. There's even a neighborhood waterfall trail a short walk down the road. Jessica was an outstanding hostess and gave me so much great info before our trip when I inquired, along with instant responses during our stay when we had a few questions. The only thing that wasn't as advertised, was the jetted tub. It is indeed that type of tub but the jets don't work properly and only my left foot got a massage. But still a nice soak! I do highly recommend the Nordic spa at Alyeska Resort though for a day of pampered soaking right under the forest canopy. Epic! We heard the upstairs neighbor just a few times, but Jessica has a sound machine and extra earplugs in her bedroom and that was such a great touch that I haven't found anywhere else! Thanks Jessica, we hope to return again to your wonderful rental.

From the extra special touches and amenities to be incredible hospitality of the hosts, this is definitely our favorite place. We stayed in all of Alaska. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Even had things like an oscillating fan to help dry the wet ski gear and the unexpected bonus of Disney on the smart TV:-) We were able to cook all of our meals without a hitch in the well equipped kitchen as well.
