Nature Cottage Close to Geneva. A cosy cottage with a history dating back over 1000 years when it was formally tower guarding a bridge over the river Rhone The cottage is in a nature reserve on the banks of the Rhone and has been newly renovated in 2021. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located 4 km from Annecy's Old Town (via a cycle path), at the end of a cul-de-sac, right by the lake (with a private jetty), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

A magnificent, fully renovated 95 m² chalet located just 7 meters from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from Annecy, and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. You’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake as your backdrop. You can enjoy the lake all day long—swimming, paddleboarding, or canoeing (two paddleboards and three canoes are available on-site)—relax in the sauna while admiring the lake, or even play a game of pétanque. The house is spread over two separate levels.

I rent my house while I'm away. So there will be personal belongings in the cupboards. It is conveniently located not far from major roads and supermarkets. Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva are 30-40 min by car. The first ski resorts are 30 minutes away. There are 2 other places rented on Airbnb at the same address but totally independent. During school holidays, the accommodations are occupied by families. Everyone has their own space, the entrances are independent.
