Close to Lac d 'Aiguebelette, we will be delighted to welcome you to this refurbished accommodation on the ground floor of our house. You will be able to enjoy the creek that crosses our grounds as well as access to the exteriors. A/C will be a plus for hot summer nights. Within a 5min walk you will find a bakery, a pharmacy, a tobacconist. And on Saturday a market. A hypermarket is an 8 min drive. We are close to the Chartreuse massif, the A43 autoroute.

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

Beautiful 95 m2 chalet completely renovated 7 metres from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from ski resorts. As a backdrop, you'll have a stunning panoramic view of the lake. You can enjoy the lake throughout the day for swimming, paddleboarding or canoeing (two paddleboards and a canoe on site), or play a game of petanque (court on site). The sauna isn't functional yet!
