A cosy cottage with a history dating back over 1000 years when it was formally tower guarding a bridge over the river Rhone The cottage is in a nature reserve on the banks of the Rhone and has been newly renovated in 2021. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.
