Very modern apartment with one separate bedroom with an independent access in a brand new villa. From the large terrace you can enjoy the lake, the sunset and Annecy bay. All needed equipment are available (washing and drying machine...). 10 mn from the beach, very close to the cycle route et 30 mn from the ski resorts.
