A cosy cottage with a history dating back over 1000 years when it was formally tower guarding a bridge over the river Rhone The cottage is in a nature reserve on the banks of the Rhone and has been newly renovated in 2021. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

Une surface habitable de 195 m² permet d’accueillir des grandes familles ou des regroupements d'amis dans de très bonnes conditions. Il se compose d’une partie gîte et une partie loft pour les enfants . Une configuration permettant un lieu convivial pour les parents et un lieu de vie pour les enfants / adolescents. A l’extérieur 2 terrasses et 1 jardin aménagé.

The Cottage des Belhiardes, Lake Annecy

This charming cottage for 4 people is located in a very quiet area close to the lake. Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a recently renovated kitchen, Shower room and WC. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.

Your chalet is perfect for a couple with a baby : a big shared room for 2 adults (King size natural bed 160 cms X 200 cms), a wooden baby bed and changing table and a children bed 70x140 cms (from 3 to 6 year’s old), an open kitchen leading into the living room that can be changed into an adult room, bathroom and a large south-­facing deck.

Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...
