35 m2 entire home close to the city center

We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.

Apartment 2 steps from the lake

Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet and peaceful place. Direct access to the Sierroz (river) allows you to reach the lake (10-min walk) or the supermarket (4 min). A bus stop 250 m away takes you to the city center and the spa. The accommodation includes a living room (kitchen + living room) a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room. The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.
