Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

This beautiful campsite has a private beach, you will enjoy the activities (canoes, paddle tennis accessible with fun pass) it is also equipped with a supervised aquatic complex, bike paths nearby, and the ocean 10 minutes away. Possibility of a boat ride to discover the basin differently. Fun passes are required to access the campsite activities and are the responsibility of the tenant (see photos).

The Charming Private House, 500m from the sea.

2 Bedroom House, sleeps 6, large garden, surrounded by Pine Forest. This is a lovely fully equipped, South facing house situated in Labenne Ocean, 500m from the Ocean. The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

The Cap Passion bungalow

We discovered the peninsula of Cap Ferret in the spring of 2021. We had a huge crush on this region full of authenticity, romanticism, located between the Arcachon basin and the ocean. We welcome you in a charming new bungalow of 40 m2 with a terrace located in a totally redone area of the campsite Les Viviers taken over in 2019 by Siblu. La Gravière Beach Patio House

** completely refurbished first semester of 2022** Our small house is part of a small 5 terraced house complex, with private parking. It is accross the road from the entrance of the Beach " la gravière". You can enjoy the beach with its surf school, its beach bar " la cabane de la gravière". the perfect place to have a drink while watching the sunset.

The entrance to the studio is framed by lush greenery and ornamental plants. Bright blue ceramic pots are visible, adding a touch of color. A wooden deck leads to the door, complemented by a textured wooden wall in earthy tones.
