Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

It is accross the road from the entrance of the Beach " la gravière". You can enjoy the beach with its surf school, its beach bar " la cabane de la gravière". the perfect place to have a drink while watching the sunset.
