The residence is located in the Lagoa Azul Condominium, very close to the center of Praia Seca and just 5 minutes from the Sea and the Lagoon (a national kitesurfing reference). The city has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as a 24-hour cashier and gas station, being cut by the Praia Seca Highway, where you can easily access the cities of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio and also the cities of Araruama and Saquarema. The condominium is gated, for private use, with a 24-hour concierge and security.

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
