House of the exact size for a family, including the dogs! I went with my two kids and two dogs. Well located, clean, airy, functional. Very well manicured and spacious garden. The entrance to the house is shared and this has caused me concerns regarding the possible escape of my dogs. The neighbors of the house at the back were very kind, as were Mrs. Lilian, and this question was circumvented. Host Lilian was very attentive and helped us in everything she was asked to do. We fell in love with the house and Itaúna, which we love! We'll be back soon ❤️

Our stay was simply wonderful! The house is extremely clean, well cared for and exactly as in the pictures — in fact, even better. In addition, we hired Kandida's services, which made our experience even more special. She prepared delicious dishes and was always willing to help us. The hostess was always available to answer any questions and was very quick in the replies. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

We went in a large group of 8 people and the big beach house served perfectly for all of us, the house is literally in front of the big and very cozy beach, with all the necessary utensils, we rent only the bed linen and take our own towels. Still, the stay was perfect, I recommend it to everyone, as the house is in a wonderful condominium, with swimming pool, sports court, 24hr porter, easy location and access. And Heloisa was very attentive, she gave indications of everything, about boat trips, restaurants and everything else, she always answered quickly, gave clear and very friendly instructions. if in the future I returned to the camp of the cable, I will come back to rent the same house, because I liked it very much.

The apartment is very spacious, the area is very safe (we forgot the window of the car that was on the street during the night and did not touch), it is also very close to the beach, perfect for walking, from there all the boat rides leave, so the location was optimal.

The apartment is very nice! Super spacious and with a beautiful view. In turn, it is two blocks away from the avenue where the Vans pass. Both Romina and Eduardo who welcomed me were super attentive.

The house is beautiful, we didn't even enjoy everything, because the children just wanted to know about the swimming pool. It has large and clean bed / bath linens, kitchenware, games, toys in the children's house. Everything clean and organized. Instructions for use of Wi-Fi, TV channels. Gisela and Gisele respond quickly, are friendly and kind, made our checkout easier. I love it and I intend to return as soon as possible! 🥰

We spent one of the best family weekends in the Joana space. We did barbecue, took advantage of the pool, strolled in Cabo Frio and Arraial , the two to 20 minutes from where we were. Certainly the photos match the amenities of the listing. Quiet and safe place. We want to return, see you next time.

Heitor is very attentive. The apartment is in a great place, right near the beach. The condominium is excellent. The apartment is all set up. We had an issue with the entrance to the building, which wanted to oblige us to wear seasonal rental identification bracelets, but which was promptly resolved by Heitor. The washer and water filter were leaking, and Heitor tb went to solve it. Unfortunately neither the filter nor the machine could be solved in time. The apt does not have air-conditioning, which was a bit bad. Other than that, everything went well. Thank you Heitor!

Wonderful stay, House with well-distributed space and a yard to play with until weary! My daughter and my godson loved it! There are two en-suites and one more comfortable bedroom! Full kitchen! A Bruna is very friendly and doesn't take long to respond! Always very solicitous! There's a grocery store in front of the Buda, very fine people, that doesn't look like it, but it's almost a market! Mr. Paulo also, a quiet person who cleans the pool, very attentive! We hope to come back more often! Thanks for everything Bruna! See you next time!!

The hostess Sônia was always available to meet us. Very helpful and a person's love. We love our stay. Clean house, all rooms with ceiling fans, complete kitchen items. The condominium is safe and has everything : bakery , courts and soccer fields, a lot of green space. Great for walking and for those who have children and dogs.

We loved the place, everything was spotless when we received it and it was very private ambiien our stay, we went for a few days but yes or yes we will return. We were 10min walking from playa ferradura and 15 minutes from the center of buzios, very touristy and quiet, we could walk at any hour.

We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this stay to anyone. Great location. Great for small groups or family. Fully stocked kitchen. Would absolutely stay again!

Very good place, for those who do not know the cold cable the apartment is 100 meters from the main beach of Cabo frio and about 600 mertros of the canal that leaves the boat rides to walk there well, the car stayed for the 4 days in the parking lot of the condominium. Various shops , restaurants, pizzeria, markets all close by. The apartment also very cozy, attained 4 people perfectly. I give Allan my thanks for the stay and the support we had, for sure we already have a good place to stay in cold cable.
