The house accommodates up to 10 people, we accept pets, the house consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite overlooking the pool, +2 bathrooms, living room, gourmet area, swimming pool, large yard, laundry. Ideal for windsurfers The house is 2 minutes from the lagoon with crystal clear waters less than 45 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio!

The house is located in front of Lagoa de Saquarema and has a deck and an incredible view. The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.
