The third floor has a bedroom with sea view, an anteroom with sofa bed, Home Office space, bathroom and rest area. The entire house has ceiling fans.

It has an excellent location for having access to Lagoa on foot and for being a very quiet street. It has kitchen utensils available and a smart TV in the living room. We do not accept PETS.
