Milton's place is beautiful, exudes charm poetry. The facade is beautiful and already makes you create expectations when you enter through the gate, and only increase when you turn around and see the 180-degree view of the absurdly crystalline Lake less than 10m from the house, and practically private since the house is the end of a dead end, a lot of privacy! The house is totally outdated on deck, with tables, benches and nets throughout its length forming various environments. The large and well decorated room. Kitchens complete with everything. All 5 bedrooms are beautiful and have access to the balconies, with comfortable beds. Everything was perfectly clean. We spend our days sitting in fact chairs within the lagoon which is a pool, having good drinks and with a lot of good prose. The nights were spent in the front deck of the house and in the so many balcony environments. There are no defects in the house and we would come back many times!

The accommodation was very good, the little house is in a super central place, with funds to the beach of the bar, next to the main church, the house is very street style, grand house which brings a very pleasant comfort, comfortably comforted bed with air conditioning, renovated and clean bathroom. I highly recommend it, would come back other times.

Great stay, Dona Neide always clarifying doubts and assisting us in what was needed. Great location, close to everything, but with a beautiful hill 😬😅

It was a week-long family trip and the house made our days more peaceful and comfortable. Extremely comfortable bed and bath linen, air-conditioning and fan (indispensable in many days), full kitchen, TV with Netflix, in addition to staying in a super quiet condominium in the midst of nature. Exactly what we were looking for. The Caravelas beach is a few meters from the house and is beautiful, with little movement of people and has a restaurant that surprised us positively. But it is important to be aware: the sea is quite agitated (it had a red flag every day). It is also possible to visit both the beaches of Cabo Frio and Buzios, since the condominium is "halfway". Less than 30 minutes for some of the most beautiful. In short: worth the stay

The place is good, corresponds to the advertised. The Host responds very quickly, and Co-Host Rosana proved to be very available (although we haven't triggered it). The house is well-equipped, and we only miss waste bags for replacement and floor cloths, for small cleanings (it didn't). The condominium is very friendly and well located, with a full-time pool and lifeguard. As a suggestion (although not an obligation of the Host), it would be positive to add elements of welcome to the guests, and of ordinary use, which we usually do not bring (tea, salt, olive oil, vinegar, coffee filter). I have even received chocolate and biscuits as a welcome. This was the only one who did not provide anything, and it would be a "affection" to the guest. Logically it's just a suggestion, and it doesn't underestimate the space. It would also be good to renovate some items, such as the parasol and one of the beach chairs (they are already old and worn or unpacked). Overall, highly recommend, they can hire without fear.

Eliza is a very considerate and helpful host. Always available to help us with your loving kindness. The house is spacious and well located on a street with quiet neighborhood. Good place for families with children who want to rest and enjoy the Laguna de Araruama. We had a very nice week and returned with great memories!

Adriano was super helpful from the beginning when he asked about my doubts, he clarified everything very well, we closed business and yet I always needed him to answer us. Coming to the house we were super well attended by Fernanda, and everything we needed she always promptly helped us, very polite, very nice, a love of person. The eh house very good, very big we feel at home, the neighborhood is very quiet, quiet, there is no danger, we always sleep with the open house due to the heat! We came in 11 people and accommodated super well, and there were still two bedrooms with two double beds, spacious room well ventilated! Surely at a next opportunity we have to return, we will return to this same house. Thanks Fernanda and Adriano, you're tops!

our stay was excellent. It is a little distant from the "main" beaches but there is the trade nearby that meets well! There is a pond that was the best place we stayed! The kitchen has all basic items that we need. We are very satisfied!
