Tropical style, with a 180 degree view of the sea, this house is placed on a cliff, inside the Costa del Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an endless pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It's the further east to the ocean to Patagonia. Deck with panoramic views. 2 suites, with double beds and single beds. 1 bedroom: with 2 single beds and a double. It is located in the Pontal do Atalaia overlooking the Praia Brava, Praia dos Anjos, Praia Grande and Cape Frio. It is located high on the mountain - a privileged place. See photos! These are the main activities that you can find here: Scuba diving: you'll be in touch with the nature of Arraial do Cabo. Scuba divers delight themselves with what they find there. It's really an incredible experience. Boat trip: you go around the beautiful beaches from Arraial do Cabo, Pontal do Atalaia (Prainhas) and Ilha do Farol, Gruta Azul (blue Grotto) which is 15-meter high and blue reflex of the water on the walls gives the name of the Grotto. We are in the highest part of Cabo Frio: the only place with a mountain climate 10 minutes from the beach! Delicious in both cold and hot weather! The pool is spectacular (only on the property - shared by just 2 chalets). Our hosting is SMART, with Alexa connection and connected TV with main streams. Surrounded by preserved woodland, you will enjoy days of complete tranquillity, relaxing in the hammock, by the pool or on the sofa. And the Maldives super breakfast can be served in the room or pool (contracted separately).

In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.
