The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It's the further east to the ocean to Patagonia. Large house with swimming pool, gourmet area, 600 meters from Lagoa de Araruama. 3 km from the Bus Station. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

The city has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as a 24-hour cashier and gas station, being cut by the Praia Seca Highway, where you can easily access the cities of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio and also the cities of Araruama and Saquarema. The condominium is gated, for private use, with a 24-hour concierge and security.
