Our stay was simply wonderful! The house is extremely clean, well cared for and exactly as in the pictures — in fact, even better. In addition, we hired Kandida's services, which made our experience even more special. She prepared delicious dishes and was always willing to help us. The hostess was always available to answer any questions and was very quick in the replies. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

The house is beautiful, we didn't even enjoy everything, because the children just wanted to know about the swimming pool. It has large and clean bed / bath linens, kitchenware, games, toys in the children's house. Everything clean and organized. Instructions for use of Wi-Fi, TV channels. Gisela and Gisele respond quickly, are friendly and kind, made our checkout easier. I love it and I intend to return as soon as possible! 🥰

We would like to thank Mrs. Cristina and Mr. Renato for the excellent stay we had at this carnival. Everything always impeccable and the cozy atmosphere, we felt at home. They have always been available, and keeping us informed about everything. Great location, close to Angels beach and big beach, which are the best beaches in the center. Near the house has several shops, restaurants, etc. The house is large, the outer shower is very good, it has a washing machine, bathroom outside as well. Anyway, we feel at home during the stay and Laiana and Mr. Juranir were always ready to assist us in everything. I highly recommend and take the opportunity to thank you again for everything.

Thank you very much for the kindness of Marcelo and Margarete and for allowing us to enjoy that beautiful house in Búzios. The views of the house and the facilities are very good. The decorations in the house really liked us all. A very cozy house. Italmar takes too long to respond to messages and on the 4 day I contact me very early to tell me that we broke 3 cups and that we should pay them. I think I could skip the comment for a 4 day and at that time of the morning and let us know the price on the last day of the stay. we pay them without inconvenience. Italmar did not consider the following: -Do run the dishwasher on the 3rd day. -The grill and light gave an electric shock to one of the guests. -The living room light didn't work and they never changed it. -The day of our arrival Margarete and Marcelo were admired at seeing 12 guests. (6 adults and 6 children 6,4,4,8,8,8 years old). In the conversations with Italmar it was clarified in advance and I already knew the situation.

Nearby location, bakery and restaurant. Super clean apartment, all necessary utensils in the kitchen. I just felt the lack of information that they would not provide bed and bath linens, but it was practical to provide, it did not hinder the accommodation at all. Flexible Check-out.

Great location, we can do everything on foot as the beach and commerce are very close. The apartment is very airy and fresh, we do not miss the air conditioning.

Highly recommended for the accommodation in question. First in main, the location is very good because you are in front of the beach and about two blocks from downtown Arraial. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with their respective sets of sheets and towels. Of course, it should be clarified that the place is for 6 but it has two double beds and a sofa/bed, they are not single. However, in general, we had a pleasant stay with my group of friends and that is why we recommend it.

The apartment of Cátia was exactly what we needed. It was a block from the beach, in a very quiet place, without many people. However, it was in the central area, next to the Craft Fair. But the apartment is not facing the street, so there are no disturbing noises. Perfect in all these senses. Cátia reported everything it needed before we needed the information and responded quickly. It also has 2 beach chairs and a styrofoam, but we don't need it because we take it.

We stayed in Ricardo's apartment for 3 days, the place is identical to the photos and very well equipped, which made our stay more organized and comfortable. We love the decor! The location is wonderful, we can do everything on foot, we find markets, bakeries, pharmacies... that's very close! We recommend it to everyone!

Very good place, for those who do not know the cold cable the apartment is 100 meters from the main beach of Cabo frio and about 600 mertros of the canal that leaves the boat rides to walk there well, the car stayed for the 4 days in the parking lot of the condominium. Various shops , restaurants, pizzeria, markets all close by. The apartment also very cozy, attained 4 people perfectly. I give Allan my thanks for the stay and the support we had, for sure we already have a good place to stay in cold cable.

The apartment is very nice, very well equipped holds perfectly six people. We took the keys everything was fine clean. The two bedrooms with air conditioning, ventilator in the living room, but little kitchen utensil, but nothing that would get in the way. The condominium is perfect, security 24h00, very well organized because we went in the period of the carnival and the stay was very quiet, without a mess in the corridors had carnival blocks.
