Original southern house from 1850. Significantly renovated winter and spring 2019. The house originally stood another place, and was moved to the place it now stands in the 1900s. The house is full of charm that we've chosen to keep. Among other things, floors and walls are crooked. But the traveler itself is right. Windows are leveled, but parts of living room and rooms either. This means that you either love the house, or annoy yourself. The floors have been sanded down to the original floor from the 1900s. The outdoor area is upgraded with plating.

We have Homborsund dock within walking distance with nice swimming area and hiking trails and light rail a few meters from the house. Nice walking path by the sea around the calf garden. 25 minutes drive to Dyreparken in Kristiansand. Soccer field is also one stone's throw away. 15 minutes to Lillesand city center which is perfect for Lillesand days. And 15 minutes to Grimstad city center.
