Small studio with its own shower and studio kitchen. I want to offer an inexpensive and simple place to stay for those who want to clean themselves :) Possibility to sleep on sleeping alcove or on sofa bed. The apartment is very small, and it is best suited for 1-2 people but if you can lie tight, there is room for 4. the sleeping alcove does not have a window so you sleep in practice in the same room. This must therefore be considered a one-room studio flat with a kitchenette and a small bathroom. It may be possible to borrow a hot tub from the owners, by arrangement.

This place is perfect for couples, groups of friends, and families. Here you have access to the jetty, patio with barbecue and lawn. Boat and SUP boards are included in the rent for those who would like to use this. Many nice areas to explore on foot, by boat and car nearby. There is private parking, walking distance to shops, bus stop on the other side of the road and 15 minutes drive to the city center. Here you can relax both inside and outside, get to the city center easily and enjoy the nature around. Does not take 1 day booking.

Newly renovated annex in quiet surroundings, only 2 meters from the sea, is perfect for quiet couple. The annex has large windows that provide lots of light and sea views. Fridge, washing machine, dining table, mini cooker with hotplate, sofa and TV. There is also a sofa bed and a low-height loft with mattresses. Short distance to swimming area. Groceries 4 minutes away by car. 3 min walk to the ferry to Arendal city center. The possibility of using a private spacious jetty when the host is not present is agreed individually

Small cozy cabin in Fevik

Cabin in a quiet area outside the building area, close to nice hiking areas and a short distance to beaches such as Storesand and Ranviga (5 min walk). Feviktoppen is a 10 min walk away, where there is Meny and Coop Extra, Flower shop, Gift and clothing store, China restaurant and bus stop that takes you to Grimstad and Arendal every half hour. A nice 30 min walk along the promenade takes you to Strand Hotel, which has lovely food and a great beach. About 35 minutes by car to the Zoo in Kristiansand or Sørlandssenteret.

It is about 1 km to the swimming area and fishing lake. 7 km to the grocery store and 20 km to the shopping mall. It is about 1 hour drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand, Evje where you can visit the mineral park and to Brokelandsheia where you can visit the small zoo. Otherwise, there is a short distance to the coastal towns of Lillesand, Grimstad, Arendal, Tvedestrand and Risør.

Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city center and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is about 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to playground and open space with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the veranda door is a small sandbox for children, as well as a lush garden that can be used together with the host. Kristiansand Zoo is only 25 minutes drive away. The annex has a simple standard, but all the amenities needed for short stays.

Furnished with older furniture in a new building. The building was completed in the fall of 2017. Norwegian handmade from local contractors. Solid wood kitchen designed to match old and new designs. The front door is a copy of an old door from a log building nearby. The apartment is made with multi-use in mind and is very flexible. Here you can accommodate office, presentation tasks, writing room, coaching, guidance and rental Airbnb. Here is max space for two adults.

A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.
