Stay in harmony with nature in Raet National Park on Tromøya, right by the sea and nice swimming opportunities and lovely hiking areas. The cabin has a simple standard with three bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and sink and good old-fashioned outdoor toilet. Access to the jetty and 1 parking space. About 60 meters to walk from the car. Two kayaks for rent and you can paddle a trip over to Tromlingene or inwards Alvekilen to the sandy beach Lille Danmark. A very quiet and peaceful area that is suitable for a small family or a quiet couple. Pets allowed.

Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly renovated cottage with its own jetty and amazing views. The property is located at Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has an amazing view to Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. As night, you can see the light from the Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private dock with a bathing ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boat house is well equipped, with both rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life vests, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented out with the cabin if desired.

The South at its best! A cozy lake country house of 90 sqm with nice outside and indoor areas, and its own jetty with a swimming staircase. Here you can activate or relax with the family with immediate access to the sea and the archipelago. The cabin is located on Tverdalsøya in the middle between Arendal and Tvedestrand with a road all the way up and parking 200m away. Kilsund is about 3km away with shop gas station and marina. Comes with sup (summer only), kayak and it is possible to rent a boat separately.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Apartment by the sea on scenic Buøya.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach is 100m away from a favorite spot. Possibility for the kids to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car charger

Lovely Sørlandsidyll, walking distance to the sea

Lovely summer house for rent. The house is newly renovated, and appears clean, nice and modern - but still cozy and nostalgic. Here there are three bedrooms, sleeping alcoves and annex, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, TV and broadband. 5 minutes walk to the sea and beach, own boat space. Two parking spaces attached to the house. Large and great garden, with annexes and soccer goals. New terrace in April 2022.

Large house with many bedrooms. The house is located close by the sea. It has garden and dock in front of the house. It is a beautiful place for swimming and fishing. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.

Holmesund

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Moderne hytte med sjøutsikt og alle fasiliteter, på Vessøyneset, mellom Arendal (10 min) og Grimstad (10 min). Bygget i 2015, med 4 soverom, 1 bad og stor, åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Romslig terrasse og kort vei til Norges fineste strender. Grimstad og Arendal byr på sørlandsidyll, kafeer og kulturopplevelser. 3 parkeringsplasser. Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Great for easy going couples or families. Please note the short steep hike from road up to the cottage. Main cottage and annex bedroom. Bath house with wood fired sauna. Outdoor toilet in seperate small toilet house. This is not a water toilet, but outdoor natural compost. Unique secluded with lake view. Great terrace for calm cosy evenings. Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.

Cabin on Tromøya with beach line + jetty

New high standard cabin (2022) especially nice and sheltered location. The cabin is a few meters from the sea and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has many patios and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, by Sandum bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cabin plot to parking at the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.
