You live in a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. The remaining part of the house is not used during the summer. Annex with pool bar and outdoor room under a roof of about 30 sqm. A holiday tip is to start the day by paddling a trip in the archipelago and watch the day come to life. Then take a refreshing morning swim in the sea or in the pool and then enjoy a well-deserved breakfast, preferably by the pool while sunbathing. The annex is not designated as a bedroom. Huset har tre soverom, alminnelig pent interiør, varmekabler, moderne bad og peis i tillegg til en svært idyllisk liten hage. Havna har alle fasiliteter: servering, badestrand, oppvarmet basseng og båtplasser. Familiens robåt (fjerding) kan leies ut etter nærmere avtale.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen.
