Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Central, rural & modern apartment

The apartment is furnished with all new furniture and equipment. Including linens, towels, refrigerator, kitchenware, and anything you might need to stay. There is plenty of room for a travel cot for children. Enjoy a pleasant stay here! There is also a large dining table that makes it easy to work from home! Here you also have a light trail right next door, with nice hiking areas! Only 6 minutes by car to the parking garage in the center. There is also a large garden on the outside with benches and tables for you who rent :)

Very nice and spacious apartment in the middle of the city center with lovely sea views from large windows and private terrace. The terrace is with a superstructure to choose sun or shade. It is a safe and quiet area with adult residents around. The apartment is very central and is just above the Altisenteret which has 70 shops, wine monopoly, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, just an elevator ride away. Short walk along the sea you will find Arendal guest harbor, which has a beach area, saltwater pool, sauna and restaurant.

Leiligheten i 2. etasje og har egen inngang, er lys og romslig, ca 95 m2 og inneholder 2 soverom med dobbel seng, i stuen en sovesofa, antikk uttrekksseng for barn. Åpen løsning kjøkken/stue . Stort bad med 2 vasker, dusj, badekar og vaskemaskin. Leiligheten har en koselig og rolig atmosfære. Nydelig utsikt fra vinterhagen over Nidelven. Wi-Fi. Et lite husdyr tillatt i leiligheten MEN IKKE I HAGEN pga egen hund. Park gratis v huset, eller 50 m unna på større parkeringsplass(evt for stor bil).

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! the walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic from the road. very soon there will be a big whole year jacuzzi available! Cozy Sørland house close to the city center

Charming older southern house with sunny garden and porch. City center walking distance. Room for one car. Rented for the entire week during Arendalsuka, minimum 4 nights. The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.

Delightful and stylish apartment at the pier edge of Arendal. The apartment is located on Barbu pier with 2-5 minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, park, shop, bakery, parking garage and much more. The centre of Arendal is approximately 5-10 minutes walk. You can expect to come to the apartment as it is presented in the pictures.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.
