Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arrone

We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

i stayed in Alessandra's apartment with my husband and my brother-in-law and I wanted to visit the area. Perfect place to stay in 4, with the two bathrooms that gave each couple their own privacy. Everything comfortable and very clean, with many details that made our stay easy and very pleasant. The terrace overlooking the countryside and the very enjoyable lake and a real poetry. It was a very pleasant stay in every way!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

We loved our stay at this super comfortable apartment. It was warm, cozy, and had everything we needed, plus more - lovely welcome touches of some food and drink were so appreciated. A fantastic location, perfect for us and our teenage son. Special mention has to go to the wonderful Cin - she went above and beyond to help us have a unique and memorable stay, from restaurant bookings to meeting us several times to facilitate a luggage drop off and a check in, after an unexpected delay in our transport. Can’t recommend highly enough.

It was a real pleasure to stay in Franco's beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. In person it's even more beautiful than in the photos! Franco was very helpful and welcomed us, making us feel at home. Really a nice place where we'd love to go back!

Luca's apartment is a gem, in different respects. Internally it is true to the description, cared for in the smallest details, you could live there, nothing is missing. So it's a rare place to find, higher than what you can find for short rentals on average. The location is equally happy(immersed in a forest, 100 meters from the shops of Pian del Quiero) and allows you to go from the silence of the trees to the voices of tourists in an instant. Finally, I would like to point out Luca's kind availability, always prompt, courteous and effective when we needed his help. If I could give it 6 stars!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

So pleased with our choice to stay here. After long days of site seeing, it was so nice to come back to our little paradise away from it all. The house is exactly like the pictures and what was represented in the details. The property is lovely, wishing we were able to use the beautiful deck and outside areas but was still chilly at night. The fireplace made up for it though. The beds were both very comfortable, the kitchen had everything, and the bathroom was wonderful. It couldn't have been more perfect. Cristina was a lovely host. She left us alone unless we needed her and had a quick response whenever we had a quick question. We were sad we had to leave. We definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking to have a go home feeling after a long day, and getting away from the crowds. Such a nice place to unwind. We will be back, so much more to see and this place is a great central location to the greater Umbria area. Thank you, Cristina!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

This is a spacious and comfortable house with a beautiful garden and pool area. It was all exactly as described. Our host was very helpful. Rome and other areas were easily accessible by car. Would absolutely recommend. ❤️

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Claudia's place is a real gem. We were a family of 8 staying at the villa and we had a great time. The scenery is breathtaking and the space is perfect for a larger family. The grounds of the villa are very well kept and the spa area was amazing. We are already talking about our next trip! Thank you again for a unforgettable stay.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We had a great time!
