Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

With us you are in the countryside and can still experience a lot! Between meadows & forests lies the village of Hofsingelding. It is only a 10-minute walk to the S2 to Munich, Messe, Erding. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! The proximity to the airport, the A94 & A92 makes arrival easy. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation after a busy day at the trade fair (Munich Trade fair 4 km distance). The small, self-contained apartment is decorated in a retro style and has been lovingly restored. In summer, the large pool in the garden can be used (for insurance reasons, please arrange this in advance). Large kitchen-living room with basic equipment (coffee, spices, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc.). Fresh herbs and fruit can be picked, depending on the season.
