The approximately 150 square meters large and thus very light-filled loft apartment with a gallery is situated in a detached house in a quiet yet central city location near Hönigschmidplatz. The decor is tasteful, modern and high quality (Rolf Benz leather sofa set, modern solid wood cabinets), new high quality fitted kitchen, large bathroom with tub, separate toilet, parquet and stone floors. Washing machine available, dryer for sharing is found in the cellar. Due to the large kitchen and generous living room, it is very suitable for groups for up to 6 people. The apartment is centrally located in the district of Munich Grosshadern / Laim. A very good residential area with a short distance to all amenities of daily use (50 m supermarket, bakery, breakfast cafe, butcher 150 m, 120 m drugstore, pharmacy 130 m). The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). The very bright, quiet loft is on the 2nd floor of a family home (of course with a separate entrance). Next to the bedroom for 2 people, there are four comfortable beds. Traumhaft Wohnen im idyllischen Anwesen

Das Turmhaus liegt in einem bezaubernden, stillen und sehr großzügigen Gartengrundstück umgeben von Blumenwiesen und Obstgärten im wunderschönen Ortsteil St. Georgen. Von hier sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Ammersee, dem Dampfersteg und den Seeanlagen mit Künstlerpavillon. Häuser und Garten sind aus einer harmonischen Gesamtidee entstanden denn es ist mir sehr wichtig dass sich meine Gäste hier genauso wohl fühlen wie ich. Haustiere bitte extra anfragen !

Meine Wohnung befindet sich in Karlsfeld im Norden von München. Sie ist sehr schön und ist ausgestattet mit Internet-Wifi. Sie liegt absolut ruhig, in sehr guten Umgebung, im 1.Stock, ohne Aufzug. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants, Cafés, Biergarten , Pizzeria, Mc Donald, Tennisplatz , Badesee zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Bus: 100m (fahrt 10min zur S-Bahn) S-Bahn: in 20min im Zentrum von München.
