Monthly Rentals in Avon-by-the-Sea

We liked how the place was near the beach and how clean it was upon arrival. Nancy was quick to answer any of our questions. The cottage was charming, and Nancy was friendly to interact with. We would stay there again.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Daniel was fantastic from start to finish. Kind, helpful, and respectful. His condo was well taken care of and clean, exactly as he had shown in the ad. honesty, if i could have rented forever, I would. please book with him, you'll get a great place to stay and an amazing host.

We had a short but fantastic stay at Bradley Beach. We were attending the Sea Hear Now festival at Asbury park, which was approx a 15 min walk away. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. It had a lovely homely feel and was in pristine condition. George, our host, was very clear with his instructions and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had, which made the trip easy to mange. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at Bradley Beach. 10 out of 10.
