You have very close access to the ring road that serves Châtelaillon-Plage (15 min) and the Île de Ré bridge (15 min). The neighborhood is very peaceful! The studio was created two years ago, the exterior is not finished but it is possible to enjoy it with a small garden furniture set!🪴

This is our family home, where we gather from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full time: quality bedding, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between lounging on the deckchairs and the activities available.
