Among other properties, we rent out this quietly situated ground-floor flat in the "Hafenkompass" building. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a good sofa bed for two people and an integrated kitchen, a balcony or terrace (both with seating furniture) with a small garden, a hallway and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge). There is a new playground and a quaint fish restaurant. A dog is allowed on the ground floor.

Our vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the southeast of the island of Rügen. The famous Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Göhren are easily accessible by foot or by bike. The cottage is located in a holiday home complex with Scandinavian-style houses only approx. 100 meters from the beach! Due to the first-class location on a natural property with light forest, right behind the beach dunes, you can enjoy optimal vacation conditions here.

In addition, two parking spaces are available. After a busy day of vacationing, find peace and relaxation amidst a unique natural landscape.

In the very best location of the village, just steps from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is the apartment Strandvilla Baabe 10 - "Herzmuschel". The apartment is spread over two levels and is easily accessible via the airy staircase or via elevator. An underground parking space is reserved for your vehicle, which is included in the rental price. After entering the apartment, the chic living/dining area with a top-equipped kitchen immediately catches the eye.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
