City, forest, river - private wellness area

City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

This cozy apartment on the outskirts of the village offers everything you need for a comfortable stay or just a short stopover. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere on the terrace. Within walking distance you will find a store, pharmacy and bus connections. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking opportunities and excursion destinations such as the Ebnisee lake, Schwabenpark and the Hörschbach waterfalls. 130 sqm bright, generously sized apartment in a quiet residential area. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, space for 10 people. Open dining and living area with spacious kitchen (equipped) and balcony. Bedroom with adjoining bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet). Separate guest toilet! Shower room in the basement. Loft-like attic with 2 sofa beds, 1 S-chair, double bed and workstation. Ludwigsburg city centre is easily accessible by car and bus in 10 minutes. Pets/children welcome:)

The S-Bahn (suburban train) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and the journey time to the main train station is less than 30 minutes. You live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with its own access and small terrace far from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (2 and 6 years).

Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
