Impeccable, convenient and comfortable apartment. The location is in a quiet and nice area with restaurants, a nearby spot for some shopping and with different transportation within a 10mn walk. I was there with my 2 kids. It was a really good time.

Very nice communication, flexible check-in and overall a very pleasant stay! You can tell that effort is being made :)

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Christian’s apartment was a perfect landing spot in Seefeld. Very quick and easy walk to the train and restaurants. Hope to come back for a winter visit!

We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much and the location and size was perfect for a weekend in Innsbruck! Almost everything is within walking distance and a stop is also right nearby.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. We enjoyed the short trip at Lake Schliersee very much. Great quiet location with large parking on the property, clean apartment with nice balcony and nice, friendly landlords. Amenities were perfect. Welcome drink, fresh fruit and in the kitchen everything you need.

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.
