The apartment is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view of the countryside, where you can relax from everyday life. Heilbronn und Neckarsulm sind in wenigen Minuten über Landstraße zu erreichen. Einkaufen vor Ort(teilweise mit kurzem Fußweg): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, div. Bäckereien. Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
