When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Welcome to the lovingly renovated apartment of our 250-year-old half-timbered house. It offers cozy half-timbered charm + modern amenities. For hiking | cycling tours through the beautiful countryside, forests + meadows as well as attractive excursion destinations are right outside the door. Nearby (3 km) are shops + restaurants that offer German + international cuisine. For shopping, sightseeing or for trade fair visitors, Cologne is within easy reach thanks to the excellent connection to the highway + public transport.

The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The room on the 2nd floor is separate from our 2nd Airbnb accommodation. It has its own separate bathroom that is used exclusively by you.

In this modern apartment I offer space for 2 people. A nice bedroom with a queen-size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and feel-good bathtub, as well as a large kitchen with full equipment await you. You can relax in the living room in front of the TV and on the large balcony in good weather. The nearest bus line is just 5 minutes away, as well as parking directly at the apartment. The A3 highway is also just minutes away.

The house is an artistic gem in the middle of the historic old town of Unkel and a newly built part of a building ensemble from 1925. It is less than 100 m from the picturesque Rhine bank of Unkel and at the same time impresses with breathtaking views of the vineyards. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities.
