Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!

In our newly renovated holiday apartment, you will occupy the entire ground floor. The apartment has three terraces, so you can enjoy the morning, midday and evening sun. The glass canopy on the south/west terrace also allows you to stay outside when the days are not so nice. You can charge your electric car at our Wallbox (11 kW Type 2) (currently 40 cents/KWh).
