For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

The small apartment is located on the first floor of my grandparents' artisan house. She was the workshop of the Lederhosenmacher Melder in Füssen. She's something for lovers of ancient, quaint walls. The apartment is just outside Füssen on a slope up to the city wall. In a few minutes walk you are in the middle of the old town with its busy hustle and bustle or in the picturesque mountain landscape of the Ostallgäus.

Do you want to spend your vacation among the locals? Then this is the place for you! Our idyllic farmhouse right on the Loisach is waiting for you. The house is located only 5 minutes' walk to the center, in the immediate vicinity of the bakery and various restaurants. On the opposite side of the street there is a small garden for exclusive use, as well as a covered parking space

Chalet Fend - exclusive vacation home (detached)

Our newly built (2019) vacation home is located in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In addition to the two large bedrooms (approx. 18 square meters) each with large double beds, there is another bedroom with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one of which (about 10 square meters) has a corner bathtub and a very large, walk-in shower (1.2 m x 1.2 m).

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
