Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

On 35 sqm there is a small SZ with bunk bed (optionally 90 x 200 or 2 x 90 x 200 with in the second case a low bed depth and a cramped room should be considered). Kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a BZ and a separate toilet. Private entrance via terrace (13 sqm) Always happy to ask about the city and surroundings.

A day break is paused between the individual reservations ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

The entire apartment (including the bathroom) has no thresholds and is barrier-free and fits up to five people (of which one child in a cot).

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
