The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Unsere grüne Oase bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Hügellandschaft des Steigerwaldes, in der man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and plenty of air (4.20 m height). The fully glazed barn door brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and is therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

ATTENTION: A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years. Originally, it was once a stable, which was then expanded in 2012 and from 01.04.2019 also gives you the opportunity to stay in a water bed. The price includes the 5% accommodation tax applicable from 1 January 2026, as well as service charges. It is impossible for everything to be dust-free in a 200-year-old building.
