For those arriving by electric car, there is a private parking space with wallbox right next to the house!

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city in a very quiet family environment. Walking in just a few minutes you are in the city center, at the outdoor pool or in the forest. The train station is a maximum 20-minute walk. From the large balcony you have a magnificent view of the city, its surroundings and can comfortably enjoy the tranquility in the evening. The numerous seats in the large garden with fruit trees, pond and flowers invite you to sit in the sun and shade. Free street parking is available at the house.
