Holiday rentals with beach access in Baden-Württemberg

We've been to some private homes, but this one far exceeded our expectations! Alexander is a top host, very helpful and really nice. There remained nothing to be desired in the apartment. The special highlight is the mega cool pool, even the rest of the apartment doesn't need to be hidden. It is very well equipped and clean. We will be 💯back👍

Very good stay in this impeccable, clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Located a stone's throw from Stein am Rhein and beautiful tourist destinations in the region (Constance, Schaffhouse, Meersburg,...) but essential to have the car in my opinion. We thank Nancy for her hospitality and her little delicacies of the region.

Annette's apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable there. It is very well equipped, and even if it is not large, there is still enough space to accommodate all your own things. The bed is large and very comfortable. We were able to safely store our e-bikes, not visible from the street and protected from rain and wind. The location is very quiet, and at the same time you can reach both Lindau and Wasserburg very quickly. We also liked very much that the Lake Constance cycle path leads almost directly past the apartment. The location is ideal to explore (by bike) the beautiful surroundings around the eastern part of Lake Constance.

The apartment was very nice and centrally located. The terrace is also great. The landlord was always available, thank you again for the gift basket. To Airbnb: 135 euros from the landlord is completely ok, but 192 euros from Airbnb is definitely too expensive. It is clear that there is a surcharge, but this surcharge is not comprehensible and also not justified. I will soon take a closer look to see if you can also rent the accommodation directly.

We weren't there for the first time - and not the last time. The view of Lake Constance is simply captivating. The interaction of the living and dining area with the terrace is unique and the personal contact with Peppa is the icing on the cake for a really nice holiday with a lot of distance from everyday life!

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Doris home, Sarah and Dora are wonderful! I felt so comfortable in this home, there was many Special Christmas and lights decorations all around the house and through the garden. It looks like a fairytale home full of special decorations! The hosts make you feel comfortable and they are very helpful. The front lake view is insanely beautiful, like a little piece of paradise! I super recommend Doris’s home to anyone looking for a cozy stay by Lake Constance! Thank you so much, Danke Doris & Sarah. 🤩

We felt right at home! In the garage we were able to store our bikes well. In 15 minutes bike path you are in Friedrichshafen or Meersburg! But Immenstaad is also a place to feel good. Be sure to try Il Centro's pizza! We loved it! Accommodation is in a grown residential area with less than 10 minutes. Walk to the lake. Apartment is expediently furnished. The kids enjoyed the PlayStation. Spices and lots of basic foodstuffs are present. The mattresses are really very soft. An investment would certainly be worth it here! Uncomplicated and friendly contact with Michael! We will be happy to come back!

We stayed here for a family weekend with 23 people, including 3 small children. The house has enough rooms, partly with a balcony. Everything is very tidy. There are also plenty of bathrooms. The living area inside (dining area) is generously designed and somewhat divided, which we found pleasant. The kitchen is not a large kitchen but a normal fitted kitchen. Was no problem for us to cook for 23 people, but it was a bit tight for several chefs. The amenities are very good. We liked the large garden that was completely sewn in with a hedge. There you can just let the children walk. The terrace is well equipped. We also grilled, there was also very good amenities for this. At the barbecue area there is a 2nd kitchen. The house is very central. We had 12 parking spaces available. The place Hagnau is a very enjoyable place with good infrastructure. We're back here for the next family weekend.

One of the best rentals we've ever had!! The farm with the beautiful, lovingly and high-quality restored farmhouse is quiet and idyllically located with views of Lake Constance. There is space everywhere to sit together with several people. We were able to eat with 3 families outside at the long table in the garden, as well as in the dining room. Kitchen and living room are cozy and well equipped. The kitchen is really a dream and has everything you need. The converted roof offers all the possibilities for activities, our children loved it. You can make nice little hikes directly from the house. The barbecue area with lake view is a particularly idyllic place! It is tip-top clean, the bathrooms chic and Julia was very nice and helpful. Simply fantastic! I hope we can come back soon!

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy-to-use wood-burning stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we greatly appreciate on winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, great barista coffee and is also dog-friendly. The bedding and mattresses were great. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

We had a wonderful week and also our Labrador Rosa loved it. Right away from the house nice walks without a lot of cars or people, so exactly what we wanted. The way to Hergensweiler to Gasthof Post was very nice and the food there is delicious, highly recommended. Ursula and her husband are very likeable and attentive hosts, we lacked nothing. We can imagine ourselves coming back. You have your peace and space, but you are still quickly in Lindau or via Friedrichshafen and catamaran in Konstanz. After the trip to the world, we were always happy to come to our cozy house!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. A very quiet location facing the lake with private lake access and prestine views. Check in was also very easy and flexible and the communication also was very friendly and Mark is very responsive. Cannot complain!

Stefanie and her husband were very friendly and sociable. The surroundings are quiet and secluded. The place is very close to nature. The floors, gardens and the spiral staircase are unsecured for toddlers but with the railings are well doable for slightly older children.

We felt right at home in this beautiful, spacious and modern home with a wonderful view to the lake. We enjoyed cooking, drinking tea on the terrace / balcony and playing board games with our 5 year old. We visited in February and we really liked the peace and quiet.

Small studio in the middle of the Randersackers vineyards. Everything as described and towels were also available, even if not listed in the ad. The kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of basic foodstuffs (oil, salt, pepper, etc.).

It was a very nice stay. It is highly recommended if you just want to go on vacation.

We already had a very good feeling when booking. Both with Peter and with the place and the surroundings. Upon our arrival, we found a snow-covered landscape that deeply impressed us!! The property is located on the slope overlooking the nearby pond and views of the Alps. Very clean and modern vacation home! The time spent with Peter and the neighbors was very harmonious. The whole environment blew our minds. A must for nature lovers! We consistently had consistently fantastic weather with snow, sunshine and bright blue skies. Simply heavenly, enchanting, magical!!! Many thanks to Peter and Heike for this soothing break!

Isabelle's apartment is very comfortable, with high-quality furniture. There's no shortage of anything. The location is very good with a beautiful view and the terrace is fantastic. The area is very peaceful and we had a great night's sleep. The walk on the river is fantastic and very relaxing, flat and therefore feasible for everyone. We'll be back.

My stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment was not only super clean but also superbly equipped. I especially liked the bathroom – it was modern, well-maintained, and very inviting. The entire equipment left nothing to be desired, from the kitchen to the cozy living room. The safety precautions have also calmed me down very much, you feel completely safe here. I immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed it very much here. We felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is just as great as it looks in the pictures. A huge kitchen, great dining/ living area. Two large bedrooms and a very nice large garden. The underground parking is very comfortable and you can reach the apartment via two steps. If we ever come back to the area, we would always book this apartment again.

The apartment is in a very quiet location in a beautiful house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a very harmonious decor and a mega well equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable with our two boys (5&8 years). The communication was very prompt and accommodating. We stayed in the apartment for a week in the fall, where the heating was in operation. The oil taste was a bit in the apartment, but only in the hallway. In the bathroom, it smelled very strict, but it has a window, so you could also ventilate again and again. Thanks for the wonderful week at the lake!
