Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Here you will find a cozy and well-equipped ground-floor apartment in the pretty mountain village of Schönwald. Apartment in a 250-year-old farmhouse at an altitude of around 1,100 meters with a spacious terrace, garden and sauna. It extends over (the upper) three floors and has around 80 m2. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

Der Ort Wieden selber ist fussläufig erreichbar, das Hotel Wiedener Hof( ca. 5-8min), hat geöffnet und eine sehr gute Küche. Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Reinigungskosten 15€ pro Person, max. 90€ vor Ort.
