It’s situated off the main road in a green and quiet industrial oasis with a courtyard. A 100 m² of unrenovated loft space with bathroom/shower and a small kitchen. Please be aware that there is no central heating. However, there is a wood burning stove which creates a pleasant warmth during the colder seasons (we help with fire-ligh.)

Our house is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists. In winter, numerous ski slopes and cross-country ski trails are only 15 minutes away. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich auf der überdachten Terrasse ein 2,20mx2,30m großer Whirlpool (bis 5 Personen) zur alleinigen und privaten Nutzung. Er steht Tag und Nacht zur Verfügung ohne Mehrkosten, auch im Winter.
