Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

A compact kitchen area features modern appliances, including an oven, stove, and refrigerator. A clock is mounted on the brick wall above the countertop. A dining table with red chairs and a retro television set are present, adding a cozy touch to the space.

My place is close to the city center, the Alsdorf pond and the zoo. Restaurants, shopping and cinema are within walking distance. The city of Aachen is easily accessible by public transport. Bus and regional train stops are 3 minutes away. You'll love my place because of the surroundings and the comfortable bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.
