Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice house in Colonia with our two children age 9 and 11. The village is calm and endearing. With nice restaurants on the boulevard to enjoy dinners with sunset. The small beach is good for swims. And overall a good base to explore the nice bays on the south east coast as well as up north. Palma is an hour drive and very nice for a visit. The house is spacious and clean. Everything you need is there. The courtyard has nice sun in the morning and afternoon. And a view on the rockformations. And especially when you are coming by plane it is very nice to have some products to use like salt, pepper, oil, herbs, toiletpaper, soaps, to start up. Contact with Marta was easy. So if you are looking for a quieter but lovely small town and a comfortable place then it is 100% recommended.

It's a very pretty house. The interior is cute and clean. It's dark when you close the windows and curtains, but if you leave it open, it's bright and airy! It's in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket right nearby, and if you walk along the sea for about 5-10 minutes, you will find many restaurants and cafes. If the bathroom goes out towards the terrace, there is a separate one!

Very nice old village house. Quietly located with a beautiful courtyard where you can sit comfortably in the evening. For us as a family with two children (3 and 4 years) the house was perfect. Joana is a good host who was always excitable. We felt very welcome!

The stay was great! The house is close to water in a nice quiet town with good options for food and groceries. Beautiful sunsets, clean home, comfortable bed. It was a great time for my family.

Perfect stay! Very pleasant apartment in a typical town, very well located for visiting the island. Convenience stores and restaurant a few minutes' walk away. Compliant with photos, see better, very clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Exterior with terraces, swimming pool and garden, sheltered from the wind, top. The place was more than good! Alvaro was quick to respond to our inquiries, he was extremely nice. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, close to the coast. There is parking nearby, and sometimes there are spaces available right in front of the apartment. Downstairs the garden is maintained and made with a lot of desire and effort. We recommend!

We were delighted with the apartment. Monica welcomed us and God's advice. The apartment was super nice decorated and very clean, the bed super comfortable . Everything new. Great location even if you don't have a car (bus very close by) and by bike you can get anywhere on the island. Ocean view from the balcony. Area with restaurants and supers. We'll be back for sure! The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Marcello’s place was lovely for two and in a really good location. The beach and plenty of bars and restaurants were down the road. As well as bus stops heading to the centre or the aquarium! Marcello is very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again 😉

Exactly look like in the pictures, bedroom was super tidy, bathroom was super clean. host also very responsive and easy to communicate. Location right in the center of everything. Overall it was a great experience will definitely back and stay longer.

Location, Location, Location. This gem has a perfect spot. The accommodation is very comfortable and incredibly beautiful, we loved the terrace! Carefully decorated, beautiful tones and homely. You feel right away very calm and you like it. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, bus stop. Beautiful walks and views in all directions. Can highly recommend this paradise. All questions were answered quickly and here is everything for the family at the property.

We immediately felt comfortable in the accommodation and luckily we were able to check in right after arrival and before 3 PM. The host always responded extremely quickly to messages, always helped us and gave us great tips. We were there with a toddler and the apartment was super suitable for it. The pool is little used, which is why we always had it to ourselves. The sea was also very nice and quick to reach on foot. A very great stay and a place that is highly recommended.

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

Toni’s place was perfect. He provided everything you could need including beach towels. The place was super walkable to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The best part of the Airbnb was definitely Toni, the host. He was sooo responsive and very friendly to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very good week at Jaume's apartment. This one is very well equipped for a family (dishwasher, washing machine). The terrace, sheltered from the wind, with direct access to the park and pool is particularly appreciated. The kids could come and go at their leisure and even made girlfriends. The neighborhood is quiet. The supermarket is glued to the residence and very convenient. 2 beaches are within easy walking distance. The surroundings are beautiful and there are plenty of activities (Cova de s' aigua, Lithica, Ciutadella, Artrutx lighthouse, southern beaches, Cala Morell Necropolis...). Finally, Jaume is a thoughtful and always responsive host. Thank you very much! 😊
