Individual home located a 5-minute walk from the wonderful village of Areatza, in the heart of the Arratia Valley. Beautiful newly renovated loft. With wood-burning fireplace, TV, large table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped . It has a double bed and a sofa bed, where they can sleep up to 4 people. We also have a crib. The space is outdoors, it is a single house, near the river, surrounded by nature at the main access door to the Gorbeia Natural Park.
