Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overflowing beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor consists of a living-dining area with kitchenette (incl. dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom in the attic with a large double bed (1.8 m). The apartment has a large private roof terrace. The living-dining area offers an additional sofa bed as well as a workplace.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
