It is 300m from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a garden shed with a barbecue and a large table. Supermarket 100m away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

This house, it's like an apartment on the ground floor, is not a bed and breakfast, The location is made only for one family at a time. The pool is for the exclusive use of the family making the reservation. Swimming pool with sanitized water, no chemicals, cleaning is done before 9:00 a.m. The pool can be used from 9.00 to 21.00. Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. I live upstairs, my husband and I don't use the pool while there are guests, we take care of the outdoor common area, patio, garage, and pool. We don't provide towels.
