Own entrance without elevator, free street parking (parking inside my yard is not allowed). Bed linen and towels are included, but you are expected to clean and leave the apartment in clean and nice condition, cleaning equipment is available. (Not suitable for people with disabilities or smaller children as it is a staircase up to the apartment.) My base price is for two people, additional guests pay 250 SEK/person o night.

It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Beach/Fbg city center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.
