Brand new appartment in Smögen with fantastic view

Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed. Note: I only accept more than 2 guests under certain conditions, contact me for more info.
