Kattegattsleden - the cycle path runs through the whole of Mellbystrand. 5 minutes' walk to the bus stop that takes you to Laholm, Båstad and the train station. The house is fully equipped and furnished and has its own entrance from the street. Free parking.

The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.
