Access to a large pool, orangery, gas barbecue and jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4/kWh.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving and relaxed hug. A free space from everyday life and the pace of city life. Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. NEW BUILD 2023 - Architect-designed summerhouse close to the beach - with sauna! Large, architect-designed cottage with 3 bedrooms and four double beds, a cozy living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a huge garden. There are multiple terraces, fruit trees,, swings, a trampoline and a grill. The small annex in the garden can be used as a shelter. The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.

Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.
